For the Fall 2023 semester, my team and I were tasked with weekly copyedits of Allium's progressing manuscript for publication in 2024. Linked is an editing sample of Cesar Toscano's poem Habichuelas y Frijoles, published in the Spring 2024 print edition.

This is the most recent caption I wrote inviting students to attend Latino Alliance's (a student run organization) potluck party. I also copyedited some captions for the Fall 2023 semester.

This is another caption I wrote for Latino Alliance as their Event Coordinator. 

For the duration of my role as Editor-in-Chief for Taft Today, the newspaper received many awards from the McCormick Foundation. This newspaper, in particular, received a Superior Achievement for Overall Full-Sized Newspaper and an Excellent Achievement for Overall Full-Size Layout. Each article was copyedited and proofread by me.
